If you would like the Moderna or Johnson & Johnson vaccine, you must be 18 years or older to receive it. The Pfizer vaccine is available for anyone who is age 12 or older. The Moderna and Pfizer vaccines require two doses. Only one dose is needed with the Johnson & Johnson vaccine.

If you would like to receive the vaccine, please call us at 608-847-5949 to check for availability. We are currently administering the vaccine Monday - Saturday.
